The Feedback Loop

My app aims to help people improve their presentation skills by simulating the presentation environment. Users start the app by turning on their microphone and begin their speech. The recorded audio is converted into text using Whisper ai and is then sent through a flask server. The server then takes the transcript and sends it to Open AI in order to provide feedback and return a letter grade. My app ultimately aims to make effective presentations, boost self confidence, and allow for independent presentation practice. The ai grading feature provides users with useful, personalized feedback that can be used to improve performances. Over time, this process can boost the user’s confidence regarding presentations. Finally, this method doesn’t require an actual audience, allowing users to practice independently while also training effectively.
